Security & Privacy

Your family's information deserves care, too

We explain our commitments in plain language — not to impress auditors, but to earn your trust before you share anything with us.

Privacy-first design

ElderCare360 is built for sensitive family information — health-related notes, contact details, documents, and the ordinary facts of daily care.

We collect only what we need to provide the service and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information.

Secure infrastructure

The platform is hosted on modern cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest for stored data.

Anchor Escapement builds on an evidence-aware platform architecture — designed so important changes leave a trace, not so your family feels watched.

Role-based access

Families control who is invited into a shared space. Not everyone needs to see everything — permissions can reflect real-world trust (adult children, professionals, helpers).

As the product matures, access controls and audit history will help answer: who saw what, and when — without turning care into surveillance.

HIPAA and medical records

ElderCare360 is a family coordination platform — not a hospital electronic health record and not a replacement for your provider's patient portal.

HIPAA compliance depends on how a product is used and who is involved. We will be clear about our compliance posture as the application launches. Today, this marketing site collects Early Access interest only — see our Privacy Policy.

Questions welcome

If you have specific security or privacy concerns — especially as a professional serving multiple families — contact us. We would rather answer plainly than oversell.

Read our Privacy Policy for marketing-site data practices.
