FAQ

Common questions

Is ElderCare360 a medical app or electronic health record?
No. ElderCare360 is a family coordination platform — calendars, notes, documents, and communication for the people helping an aging loved one. It does not replace your hospital or clinic patient portal.
Does my parent have to use the app?
Not necessarily. Many families coordinate on behalf of a parent with their permission. We design for helpers first — adult children, siblings, caregivers — while leaving room for your loved one's voice and preferences.
How is this different from a shared Google Calendar or group text?
Calendars and texts help, but they scatter context — who offered help, what was decided, what documents matter, what still keeps you awake. ElderCare360 is built to hold that story in one calm place over months and years, not just this week's thread.
What happens after I join Early Access?
You will receive a warm confirmation — not a sales barrage. Occasionally we share progress updates. When we are ready for guided family pilots, we invite selected Early Access members personally.
How much will it cost?
Pricing is not finalized. Early Access supporters will hear first, with transparency before any paid launch.
Can our care manager, attorney, or home health team use it?
Yes — that is an important audience. Families can invite professionals into their coordination circle. See For Professionals for more.
What if siblings do not agree on using an app?
We cannot fix family dynamics — we can reduce practical friction. Some families start with one coordinator sharing updates; others invite the whole circle when ready. There is no wrong pace.
Is my information secure?
Protecting sensitive family information is core to the product direction. Read Security & Privacy for our plain-language commitments. The marketing site today only collects Early Access interest as described in our Privacy Policy.
